Not only do we stock finest British meat around but to ensure consistent high standards, we try to source our meat from the same farms, all within a radius of 50 miles or less. In stock now we have the finest spring lamb. Our lamb doesn’t come from New Zealand; it’s British and we can supply it all year round.
As far as beef goes, all our beef is under 18 months old. It’s always mature, looks nice and dark and as good beef should be - it’s dry to the touch.
From September through to March we offer a wide range of game including venison, pheasant, mallard and hare. We only ever source game from licensed game dealers and and all our game is either shot or ferreted.
As its summer we have a range of BBQ Specials on offer including chicken and ribs in a number of glazes such as hot and spicy, smokey, tandoori and cajun. We have also got a range of fine home made burgers including lamb and mint, pork and apple and beef.
